How exactly does this work?
I like to get acquainted with you during an initial phone call. In this brief discussion, I address any questions you may have. If we decide to move forward, I write our business contract for each of us to sign. Once both signatures are submitted, we both receive a copy of the completed document. At this point I must have your reference photos (*no selfies) in order to begin production, which can take between ten days and three weeks.

I can send you sketched outlines upon request before adding color. Please keep in mind that a sketch without oil pastel or paint looks dramatically different than its finish product.

Prior to our due date, I will send you an email for us to decide a convenient delivery date, time, and location.
How long does the production process take?
Depending on the complexity of your portrait concept, my turnaround time ranges between ten days and three weeks. I communicate with customers throughout that time to answer additional questions they may have or to share requested sketches.
Is shipping available?
Shipping is available for an additional fee. To alleviate this expense, I can deliver your portrait within a one-hour radius of High Bridge, NJ. Delivery details can be specified via email as we approach our deadline date.
Are custom portrait sizes available?
Available paper and board sizes are subject to my current inventory. Current size options are listed on my Commissions page.
Are refunds possible?
You can receive a refund if your product arrives to you damaged. Email me directly with a photo of your damaged item: myminstudio@gmail.com
